Night Light

It’s crazy how the more and more advanced we get with technology, the more we disrupt our organic matter. We sneer at the thought of our ancestors living by candle light, while we are basically irradiated by Wifi frequencies and harmful light.
I’ve been trying to learn as much about good sleep as I can. Turns out there is a very real correlation between using devices at night and the disruption of our circadian rhythms. It’s a good reminder to cease using devices past a certain hour at night.
